• Fix bugs, enhance code, and design changes for existing
code
• Coordinate with other IT resources (DBAs, UNIX Sys
Admins, Developers) for shared responsibilities.
• Provide end-user support for existing applications
• Develop tools to better support applications
• Determine and correct problems in assigned systems
• Strong Unix and scripting skills using standard Perl and
shell
